Stanley Pension Services provides a review of your specific business situation and then recommends a qualified plan that most effectively addresses your business and personal retirement goals.

Additionally, we can conduct a review of any retirement programs that you currently have in place to insure that the program still meets your needs at the most affordable cost.

Plan Installation services include the presentation of the Plan & Trust documents for review by you and your legal counsel. After Adoption of the necessary plan documents, we will assist you in arranging employee enrollment communications and meetings.

We work closely with your accountant, attorney, investment professional and office staff to create a smooth plan installation or plan takeover process.

As your plan's Third Party Administrator (TPA), we provide the following types of annual services:

• Provide technical guidiance and support relative to legislative changes and how they impact your retirement plan, with recommendations for appropriate amendments, or plan restatements.
  

• Test and monitor employee eligibility, nondiscrimination, and contribution compliance.

• Prepare annual reports, including participant benefit statements and summary annual reports.

• Furnish "Signature Ready" IRS/DOL filings and annual 5500 tax forms.

• Calculate vested benefits and required distribution notices for participant distributions, manage the administration of participant loan requests, and prepare form 1099-R's if necessary.

• Assist your office with the Annual Participant Fee and Safe Harbor Notices, if applicable for your Plan.
